Mission-
Using songwriting to improve lives by creating connections between unlikely collaborators.
To foster creative self-expression through songwriting and musical performance among people of all levels of ability and training and from all walks of life, including those who are neurodiverse and differently-abled as a way of nurturing relationships, forging connections, and strengthening community bonds.
Vision-
We envision members of communities and neighborhoods striving to be more tolerant and accepting of one another regardless of background, group, culture, and abilities.
Why “The Same Thing Project”?
We believe everyone wants to be valued, and connected, to be part of something larger than themselves. We all breathe the same air and feel the same emotions. We all want the “Same Things”.
